Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month in the Village Hall (GL55 6NB) at 7.00p.m. unless otherwise stated.

Members are welcome to bring along a guest to any meeting.
Refreshments are served during the evening.
Non-members are welcome at all adult education classes.

The Country market is open every Friday 9.00a.m. to 11.00a.m. in the Lower Town Hall Chipping Campden.

12th January - Her bespoke millinery - Louise Pocock.

9th February - "I don't know if you can help me...?"- our own Ruth Davies will tell us about her experiences at the Citizens Advice Bureau.

9th March - The Ifakara Bakery Project, Tanzania - Eugene and Margaret Schellenberg.

15th March - Ladies' Day at Cheltenham - if racing is your scene why not join the WI Racing Club which among other things will give you access to all sorts of WI privileges and events.

22nd March 10.30a.m. - 3.30p.m. - GFWI Annual Council Meeting Cheltenham Town Hall. Guest speakers: Lady Bathurst, High Sheriff of Gloucestershire, and historian Lucy Worsley.

6th April 7.00p.m. for 7.15p.m. - Campden Group WI Gathering hosted by Blockley WI at St George's Hall, Blockley.

13th April - High Street Histories - Philip Wilkinson.

11th May - Discussion of resolutions for the NFWI Annual General Meeting.

17th May Annual Picnic Walk - departure 9.30a.m. from Ebrington Village Hall.

7th June - NFWI AGM at The Echo Arena, Liverpool

8th June - Evening visit to Sally Daniel's 'Chocolate Factory' in Wootton Wawen.

8th July - Ebrington Village Fete: home-made jams, chutneys, pickles and preserves of every kind are needed for the WI stall. Bottles please of anything drinkable for the Bottle Stall. Home-made cakes etc for the cake stall and the teas. All donations appreciated.

13th July - Nursing: my passport to the world - nursing in war zones and areas of great natural beauty - Anne Watts

12th August - Annual Village Show - classes for WI members to enter - do have a go.

13th August - The Great Shakespeare Hospice Bike Ride - help needed to serve refreshments.

14th September - Joan Bomford - Countryfile Farming Hero 2015 will tell us some stories of her farming experiences [NB. this is a change from our printed programme]

18th September - Rehearsals begin for the GFWI Christmas Concert

1st October - "Reach for the Skies" - Ebrington's own sponsored bike ride - more help needed for refreshments.

12th October - 'Over to You' - Members' evening with memorable music choices, and their reasons for choosing.

9th November - Annual General Meeting, and our Annual Show.

11th November - Coffee morning at Ebrington Village Hall for World Kindness Day. 10am - 12 noon.

6th December - GFWI Christmas Concert at Cheltenham Town Hall

14th December - "Folded in Dreams" - Ted Watson tells a very unusual 'true story' from the Yorkshire Dales.

11th January 2018 - Experiences of working at the BBC in London - Val Stephens.
