Important road closure notice

Planned closure of the main road in Ebrington

11th April to 25th April 2022

from the junction of Coldicott Leys to the centre of the village at the three oaks.

During this period of work by Western Power Distribution the road will be closed with a diversion in place for through traffic and all residents to have access to property frontages at all times.

Gloucestershire County Council have today advised that May Lane will be closed (see photo) between the 25 and 30 May 2021 to allow contractors working on behalf of Western Power Distribution to carry out the installation of a new electricity supply for reinforcement of service in the area.

Ebrington Parish Council have been actively enquiring about pedestrian access through the current road closure near the Ebrington Rise development and GCC are advising that the footpath should be available to use by 4pm today (Thursday 30 July).
