District Council to launch Discretionary Business Grants on June 1

Cotswold District Council will launch the localised version of the Government's latest small business grant scheme on June 1. Applications will be open for two weeks and the council intends to make the first payments under the scheme during week commencing 22 June.

Takeaway Service Now Available from The Ebrington Arms

Yubby Takeaway has gone live and the pub are taking orders for Fridays (fish and chips) and Sundays (roast dinners). If it is supported they aim to continue it on a weekly basis until they can open again.

Order by 5pm Thursday for fish and chips on a Friday

Order by 5pm Friday for roast dinners on Sunday

Hedgehog Bus Services Temporarily Suspended

Unfortunately due to the current circumstances the Hedgehog has taken the difficult decision to temporarily suspend its services with immediate effect.

Whilst the service recognises the value members of our community place on it, it has decided that given the risks around the Covid-19 outbreak, the service cannot feasibly continue.

Temporary Road Closure in Ebrington Village & Bus Service Impacts

As you may have seen from the road signs, the main road through Ebrington will be closed between Nash's Lane and New Road for 5 days from Tuesday 14 January 2020.

The closure appears to be linked to works that BT need to undertake to install a new cabinet and ducting.
